I started training with Chris in early 2019 and I have seen consistent improvements in my strength and stamina. Since I have been working with Chris I have met and surpassed all of my personal strength goals. In fact I am the strongest I have been in my entire life, despite being a high level college athlete. Personal training with Chris has become essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
