I have been training privately with Chris for over 3 years for an average of twice a week. He is not only super friendly, calm, and unwavering when he pushes you, but super knowledgeable in devising training that really works for me. Like most people who get older and tend to overdo their workouts, I had problems with my shoulders, my knees, hip flexor, etc… I also broke my two ankles at one time:) Chris was able to get me back in shape over a reasonably short time by doing the right exercises without any PT. He helped me build the necessary muscles to get me back to full mobility. He is also funny and the sessions go very quickly! I have been not interrupted my training during Covid by doing Zoom sessions with him and it has been a godsend. I’m so grateful for his expertise and caring approach!
